Home Medical Solutions provides delivery on all orders within Calgary, Cochrane, and Airdrie. Deliveries outside of this designated area may be subject to delivery charges as determined by HMS. Some exceptions may apply to this including delivery on large purchases such as beds or power lift recliners.

Refunds and/or exchanges require an original receipt. Items and packaging must be in BRAND-NEW condition. All sales are final after 14 days. Some restrictions may apply. Clients may be subject to a restocking fee. Returns on hygienic items are not permitted.

Warranties are product specific and typically determined by the manufacturer. Please contact HMS at 403-800-3010 if you have any questions regarding the warranty of a specific product.

HMS offers repair and service on anything sold including but not limited to wheelchairs, lifts, scooters, rollators, and more. Please note that repairs are only done on location and that clients are responsible for getting the equipment to Home Medical Solutions.

HMS will install any products sold including but not limited to lifts, elevators, grab bars, transfer poles, toilet risers, ramps, and more. Some charges may apply depending on the product. 

You may be eligible for coverage through a number of federal or provincial supports. Further information on these programs can be found on our resources page. You may also be eligible for coverage through your private insurance plan depending on your specific policy.

Yes, Home Medical Solutions is an authorized provider with VAC (Veteran’s Affairs Canada). Funding will depend on the product required. Some equipment requires a letter from the client’s physician or occupational therapist and two quotations from authorized equipment providers. For further details on VAC coverage please contact us.
